We are seeking for a self-starter who does not need a lot of direction in order to help manage a busy office for an outstanding San Francisco non-profit organization.

Requirements:
practice with billing and expense reports
capability to plan events large and small
Not afraid of public speaking
practice working with vendors
A postive and fun attitude

Job responsibilities:
Foundation is seeking an office manager to support their 12 person office as well their COO. This is a non-profit focused on protecting fresh water. This person the typical Office Manager tasks such as keeping the office tiddy, setting up meeting rooms, and ordering supplies through Instacart. They will also be tasked to handle the organization's calendar, creating graphics and email blast through Mailchimp, and coordinating expense sheets. On top of that, they would be supporting the COO by handling their complex calendar.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

practice using Concur, MS Suite & Google Suite platforms, above average Microsoft excel proficiency

High school diploma required, college degree preferred (but not mandatory)

$65-70K per year
