Princeton University's Department of Near Eastern Studies invites applications for a part-time Lecturer in Syriac for the Fall 2018 semester. The prosperous candidate will teach an introductory course in Syriac at the graduate level. Responsibilities include teaching one full course, grading, and holding weekly office hours. The start date of the appointment will be September 1, 2018.
Essential Appropriate qualifications: Ph.D. required by start date of appointment. Prior teaching practice at the college or university level is expected.
