Position Summary

HR Technology
   » Direct the gap analysis of capabilities and identify improvement / investment opportunities over a 2-5 year time frame; establish business case and secure leadership abilities support for investment.
   » Establish measures and baselines for system effectiveness to support continuous improvement priorities and the achievement of desired results from HR technology investments.
   » Provide thought leadership abilities on HR technology solutions and strategies for new programs, projects and enhancements to existing solutions. Partner with stakeholders to support business applications by advising best practices, recommending process improvements and implementing system enhancements that advance the goals of the business.
   » Ensure that HR technology projects/solutions are properly resourced to meet or exceed expectations of scope, schedule, budget and achieving the business objectives. This includes partnering with Information technology on demand management for Information technology resources across all HR technology projects, continuing HR system support.
   » As HR Product Owner, using Agile methodology, partner with the HR leaders to determine technical needs and establish priorities for the Information technology SCRUM Team supporting HR technology integration and delivery, both in support of HR processes/applications and other business/function processes/applications that leverage HR data.
   » Stay current with HR technology industry trends and lead the adoption of strategic technologies across all HR, business and Information technology stakeholders.
   » Develop business continuity and disaster recovery plans and supervises periodic testing and execution of the plans. HR Project Management Office
   » Provide leadership abilities to a team of program/project management resources accountable to ensure timely and quality project delivery across the global HR function and in partnership with Information technology when technology dependent, to deliver results in a global service delivery model.
   » Provide leadership abilities to address risks and issues related to the programs/projects all over execution. Workforce Analytics and HR Data Privacy
   » supervise the establishment of processes, documentation and standards for data structure, quality, and HR data access design.
   » Establish and execute an analytics strategy to uncover data-driven insights that enable the company to better attract, develop, motivate and retain talent. Refine the technology and capabilities roadmap that will enable the team to develop predictive workforce analytics capabilities.
   » Establish process, controls, and educational strategy to meet HR data privacy requirements for both the HR process owners and global HR community. People Management
   » Lead the global, distributed team of HR and Information technology professionals and managers including the HR systems & analytics manager, data privacy and controls specialists, project managers and Information technology service delivery team (aligned to HR) to ensure goals are aligned with business priorities. Lead the team to develop best practices and streamlined processes, and create a highly productive, professional, consultative, service-oriented culture.EOE, M/F/Disabled, Vet

Basic Qualifications
   » Bachelor degree or equivalent significant practice

Preferred Appropriate qualifications:
   » Requires the proficiency level of an practiced leader with significant work practice and demonstrated successes, typically attained with a minimum of 12 years of progressive responsibility, preferably in an international, technology company.
   » practice with selection, implementation and management of best-in-class HCM cloud located system such as SuccessFactors or Workday, Agile methodology, vendor management, HR data management, complex project management, data analytics, organizing and leading project work and leadership abilities of a global, distributed team.
   » Demonstrated capability to effectively set priorities, allocate resources and manage several complex projects simultaneously while working in a faced-paced environment to deliver on time and within budget.
   » Demonstrated leadership abilities expertise with the capability to provide strategic direction to the team and drive high team member engagement across a diverse, global team.
   » Strong and effective written, verbal and presentation expertise with the capability to collaborate with and influence business stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
   » Excellent organizational and time management expertise with high detail orientation.
   » Demonstrated capability to use data to uncover insights that drive action.
   » Strong problem solving expertise and expertise of internal controls.
   » Demonstrated practice in process improvement and change management methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, Proteus’s Leading Change)
   » capability to maintain confidential information and exercise considerable judgment in dealing with matters of significance for the company
   » Must be adaptable to changing priorities, able to work effectively in a fast paced environment, and to make decisions in high pressure situations.
   » Must be collaborative and value input from key stakeholders including individuals with opposing views, as a means of informing the strategy and priorities.
   » Must have a strong customer focus and results orientation.
   » Must be capable to provide leadership abilities over multiple HR and Information technology functions (HR systems, HR analytics, HR project management, Information technology service delivery for HR) to serve a diverse, global customer base, while partnering with and influencing process owners and other business stakeholders to ensure requirements, dependencies, risks and opportunities are clearly understood and incorporated into decision making.
   » Must have a systems thinking approach that guides complex, business critical priorities such as the integration of acquisitions into our HR processes and technology.
   » Must be effective working in a global, diverse team, capable of adapting to work prosperously with people with different work styles, able to work a flexible, demanding schedule required to manage across multiple time zones.
   » Must be willing to travel internationally, up to 15%.
   » Must be willing to accept the leadership abilities challenges connected with managing a team including hiring, terminating, coaching/providing feedback, accepting accountcapability for the team’s work, etc.
   » Advanced computer expertise, with the capability to effectively use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) especially for analysis, presentation of data and communication of strategy to influence key stakeholders.
