 SUMMARY: Native American Community Clinic (NACC) is developing a Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Dosing Clinic. We are pursuing an practiced Clinic Manager to lead the organization’s efforts to expand our service offering into this area The Clinic Manger will work with the NACC leadership abilities team to develop policies and procedures and hire qualified staff to provide MAT services safely and efficiently. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of everyday dosing programming, including planning and delivery of MAT services and effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. The Clinic Manger will help ensure patient care is delivered with exceptional quality and in conformity licensure standards and NACC’s harm reduction philosophy.

Primary tasks:

   » Collaborate with NACC staff to develop policies and procedures for the safe and effective provision of MAT services to clients 
   » Identify, recruit, and train qualified and appropriately licensed to deliver MAT services; including: nurses and administrative/support staff
   » Ensure the clinic is operational during expected business hours, including Saturdays, in conformity with the NACC polices; ensure clinic is organized and operated efficiently to guarantee reliable high-quality patient care
   » Plan, develop, and implement the program in conformity with licensing standards and clinic policies & procedures
   » Develop, implement and monitor a program quality and performance improvement goals / evaluation plan
   » Provide oversight and management of grant activities, such as data collection, entry, and quality assurance measures   
   » Facilitate clinic staff meetings; ensure employees understand their functions; assure that patients confidentiality is understood and held to the highest standard; provide regular supervision with staff to ensure employees are held accountable and feel supported; assist employees to reach their career goals by supporting professional development opportunities
   » Perform administrative requirements such as writing correspondence, memorandums, and completing necessary paperwork; write grant applications, compose progress reports, and submit program updates to executive leadership abilities; develop financial statements and monitor program budgets to ensure fiscal vicapability
   » Monitor state and federal billing guidelines/compliance standards to ensure timely and reliable 3rd party reimbursement; serve as a liaison between clinical, administrative and financial staff to ensure cohesiveness for timely claim submissions and payments
   » Adhere to professional standards, ethics and boundaries
   » Arrange for community engagement and effective partnerships with external partners and stakeholders
   » Other tasks as assigned


   » Management practice within an MAT clinic environment  
   » LADC or RN
   » practice working with Native American Communities strongly preferred
