Randstad is currently recruiting for an immediate Payroll Specialist opening for an established company in the Birmingham metro area! The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, deadline driven, and be able to communicate with all levels of personnel and various personalities.

Job responsibilities:
The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for multi-state weekly payroll, new hire reporting, entity level reconciliations, payroll additions or terminations, and filing federal and state payroll taxes. This person will serve as the main point of contact for any payroll related issues or questions and must be willing to go above and beyond the call of duty and work alongside other internal departments.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
