Architectural Firm seeks Office Manager
Small architecture firm in Silverlake seeks part-time Office Manager. Strong organizational expertise as well as the capability to work independently and reliably are a must. Responsibilities for this function include bookkeeping, office maintenance, office reception, general office administration and assisting Principals and Junior Architects with pertinent tasks at hand.
Core tasks:
Running payroll and superviseing financials
Management of vendor relations
Ordering and stocking supplies
Incoming mail and office reception
Filing receipts, invoices and other documents
Preparing contract agreements
Corresponding with clients regarding accounts receivable and contracts
Assisting Principals and Junior Architects with pertinent administrative tasks
superviseing PR-related matters
The position is 30 hours a week or approximately 4 days and is paid hourly. A driver’s license/capability to drive is required, but having a car is not a must. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel are a must. Some practice with Adobe Suite, Quickbooks Online and Intuit Online Payroll software is desired.
