job summary:

A fortune 100 consumer services company, is currently seeking a dynamic and process driven Customer Operations Specialist to be part of New Hire services team providing an excellent customer practice. This is a 6 month assignment and may be extended.
Customer Operations Specialist responsibilities include:
   » Scheduling interviews for Full time functions, answering HR questions, coordinating
   » This position helps administer HR life cycle inquiries and transaction services as Information technology relates to the new hire life cycle.
   » Provides day-to-day support in such areas as scheduling of interviews, travel arrangements, responding to applicant inquiries, etc.
   » Communicate processes to employees and candidates; resolve inquiries in a timely manner to meet or exceed customer expectations and provide "priceless employee practices."
   » Manage confidential data in a professional manner and according to HIPPA rules and company confidentiality requirements.
   » Perform new hire transaction related processing for all resources.
Customer Operations Specialist Education and expertise:
- Associates degree strongly preferred but not required. Must have at least 2 years of related practice.
- Do you have a passion for people? Are you motivated by solving inquiries with compassion and confidentiality? Are you an HR professional with high energy and commitment to responding quickly and accurately?
- Must have strong MS Office expertise including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
