Currently looking for a candidate for a Customer Service Rep position in Waltham, MA

Shift Required: M-F 10am- 2p

Pay Rate: $16.66

Job responsibilities:
Will be supporting the following: Billing, invoice processing, creating and receiving against purchase orders, ordering and reconciling supplies, processing stopped checks, detailed record keeping of manual check register.

Manages all aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, taking orders, and follow up services. Also may require research expertise to troubleshoot customer problems. Customers may be internal or external with requests of varying degrees of complexity.

Manage office administrative expenses, review invoices, submit for payment, maintain purchase orders and initiate as necessary, reconcile office corporate card monthly, prepare expense summaries as needed.
Serve as a liaison with landlord maintenance staff to initiate and supervise site maintenance as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized office environment including tiding up the kitchen and organizing supplies, ensuring inventory of supplies is appropriate and placing orders.
