Join our collaborative design practice as a Project Designer/Architect to work on inspiring and significant projects in and around Los Angeles, California.
tasks And Responsibilities
Work independently on architectural design projects;
Coordinate project design efforts;
Develop creative-design concepts for projects;
Prepare presentation and design drawings and details;
Provide planning and design support in the preparation of design development
Support communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and permitting officials
expected Skills And practice
Five to 10 years of practice;
Licensure preferred but not required;
Completion of five or six-year accredited architectural program or graduate of four-year architectural program;
practice with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, SketchUp, 3dMax, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and MS Office
Working expertise of building codes, standards, building construction, and building structures
