MINIMUM Requirements:

* Bachelor s degree in Business, or related field, PLUS 2+ years of significant analytical practice

* Team player with strong interpersonal expertise, capable of working within a diverse, cross-functional, internal and external team

* Excellent planning, time management, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving expertise with a proven capability to handle conflict resolution

* Strong computer expertise - Microsoft Office Products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

PREFERRED Requirements:

* Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering

* 1-2 years of significant practice dealing with analysis and contract interpretation

* practice in a unionized manufacturing environment

* Demonstrated practice in incentive/bonus and job classification programs
