Illinois State University, a member of the Missouri Valley Conference and Missouri Valley Football Conference, is seeking a qualified candidate for the 12 month, full-time position of adjunct Director of Development. The adjunct Director of Development and Sales, under the direction of the Director of Annual Giving, actively works to increase revenue through ticket sales strategies and solicitation of contributors to the school's athletics annual fund. This individual will lead the outbound ticket sales staff and support various revenue generation units. As a part of your responsibilities, you will follow the regulations and guidelines of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), the Missouri Valley Conference, the Missouri Valley Football conference, the Summit League, the Athletics Department and Illinois State University.
Required Appropriate qualifications: Bachelor's degree; exemplary customer service expertise.
Preferred Appropriate qualifications: Master's Degree; demonstrated practice selling ticket plans; background with or demonstrated expertise of fundraising.
