Montelucia Resort and Spa

Nestled at the foot of the picturesque Camelback Mountain in the exclusive enclave of Paradise Valley, the Montelucia Resort & Spa features 253 luxurious guestrooms, 38 suites and two presidential suites. The property's distinctive architecture is inspired by the rich history, white-washed villages and sun-drenched hills of Spain's Andalusia region. The property also includes the award-winning Moroccan inspired Joya Spa, three resort pools and five dining options including the critically acclaimed restaurant, Prado. The resort, which is adjacent to the cities of Phoenix and Scottsdale, offers easy access to golf, recreation, nightlife and entertainment.

Job Description

The Overnight Manager will supervise, direct and provide training for overnight staff to ensure constant quality control for departments on the overnight shift. Act as overnight MOD to ensure optimum service to the guest.

Responsibilities
   » supervise the overnight shift. Communicate and coordinate with all departments to ensure Omni Standards are met.
   » Assist Night Audit team with their job functions where needed to ensure optimum service to the guest.
   » Provide excellent customer service.
   » Monitor and respond to guest complaints.
   » Provide feedback on staff performance to manager. Report disciplinary problems to manager.
   » Document pertinent information in MOD pass-down.
   » Complete all paperwork required on a timely basis and forward to designated personnel.
   » Maintain expertise and comply with all hotel and departmental policies and procedures.
   » Maintain complete expertise of all equipment, computer and manual systems.
   » Maintain expertise of the hotel fire, security and safety procedures.
   » Foster and promote a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and associate morale.
   » Overtime eligible management position located on a 47.5 hour work week.

Qualifications
   » Must have at least 2 years of managery/management practice in a hotel.
   » Must have previous hotel front desk practice.
   » Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and resolve issues on the spot.
   » Must have excellent interpersonal and communication expertise.
   » Must be available for scheduling located on business demands to include weekends and holidays.
   » Must be able to work a 50 hour work week.
   » College degree preferred.
