In this key function, you will provide leadership abilities for the design and implementation of clinical, non-clinical and competency-located education. In close partnership with Human Resources and executive leaders, your team operates as a strategic partner to drive measurable results through quality training and development programs.
   » Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Healthcare, Human Resources or a related field
   » Five years of practice in learning and leader/staff development
   » Two years of practice managing and implementing clinical training programs
   » Five years of managery practice
   » Familiarity with Learning Management/Talent Management Systems with the capability to develop and deploy learning management technology; Cornerstone preferred
   » expertise of adult learning theory
   » Strong capability to lead and apply organizational and change theories
   » Excellent facilitation, public speaking and communication expertise
   » capability to problem solve by collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions
   » Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
   » Computer proficiency in Microsoft Windows
