Community Engagement Coordinator

Listing description
Vermont PBS is seeking a highly organized Community Engagement Coordinator. The prosperous candidate will have demonstrated practice in project management with high attention to detail and will be responsible for the planning and execution of a wide variety of advancement initiatives, including but not limited to: donor relations events, community forums and screenings, fundraising events and public relations events.
Assist in the planning and implementation of Vermont PBS' community and in-house events. skills with various audio and visual formats, A/V interfaces and equipment a must. Institute timelines and checklists and track progress for all events. Proven event management practice required. Must have own reliable transportation and valid driver license.
A flexible schedule is required to support meetings and events which may occur outside normal business hours such as nights and weekends for scheduled events
