JOB OVERVIEW

We are actively hiring Customer Service Representatives in our Kettering Ohio office. You will handle inbound customer inquiries, follow up on customer orders, expedite deliveries and respond to queries about TE products or services. Maintain quality service by following policies and procedures and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed. The prosperous candidate will leverage effective listening expertise, an attention to detail, strong intellectual curiosity and an honest desire to make a difference to ensure each customer practice is exceptional. With an knowledge of the customers' needs and wants, and a focus on delivering solutions that meet those needs, you will deliver a service practice that exceeds expectations and makes Information technology easy for potential and returning customers to do business with us.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Key Job responsibilities:

* Provide Extraordinary Customer practice through professional phone expertise, emails and team involvement.

* Work with cross functional teams to improve processes and productivity within TE.

* Assist customers with forecasting and planning to insure product availcapability.

* Efficiently communicate customer's requirements to supply chain to insure proper execution for planning, manufacturing and shipping of products.

* In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by their manager that are essentially related to their tasks.

Qualifications & expertise

* Strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational expertise.

* capability to work as part of a team, as well as independently, under presser and act quickly to changing priorities.

* Must be enthusiastic self-motivated and able to handle own workload.

* Demonstrated capability to quickly lgain and continuously develop functional knowledge and an knowledge of TE company products and processes.

* Superb listening expertise and professional oral & written communication expertise with an capability to inspire trust and accountcapability though an empathetic communication style which promotes a quality image of TE.

* A passion for serving customers and a personal commitment to following through in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Power Point, etc.), Salesforce, SAP a plus

Preferred

* BA/BS degree preferred or 5 years of practice in related field
