Description

The Department of Management in the College of Business and Economics at West Virginia University invites applications and nominations for the position of Teaching adjunct Professor in Organizational leadership abilities at the College of Business & Economics beginning August 10, 2018. This is a non-tenure track, continuing appointment position, focusing on teaching courses in organizational leadership abilities. income and benefits are AACSB-competitive and appropriate for practice and qualifications.

tasks will include teaching organizational leadership abilities and management courses in the undergraduate and graduate programs in the College of Business and Economics in face-to-face and online formats. The expected teaching load for this position would be four courses per semester. Service tasks include supporting current faculty in developing the new Organizational leadership abilities major, performing tasks in student recruitment, student retention, and student placement activities. The service component also reflects a university-wide emphasis on leadership abilities education. Additionally, there are several outreach opportunities in West Virginia and beyond.
