Job Description
To manage the front office environment for Career Opportunities and Employer Relations. Greet all constituents and service accordingly.
   » Answer main phone line, distribute mail, greet constituents, schedule career advisor appointments, provide advice to students regarding Miner Jobs, coordinate practice interviews, activate student accounts, manage hall display cases, manage student ID scanning process, etc.
   » Prepare career fair packets and on-campus interview packets, opening week information, order event items, work with external vendors, etc.
   » Assist with Miner Jobs orientation, career fair, campus-side committees, opening week activities, etc.
   » Other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and practice and at least 1 year of practice from which comparable expertise and expertise can be acquired is necessary.
