tasks: Clinical adjunct Professor, Department of Medicine, Divisio of Cardiovascular Medicine. Work under the direction of the Cardiology Division Chief and EP Director. Job responsibilities: Perform electrophysiology procedures, ablations, and cardioversions. Implant pacemakers, ICD's. Interpret Tilt Table procedures and Holter Monitor Reading. Assist with Pacemaker follow-up service. Provide patient care on the service, admission and care of patients admitted to the service. Provide medical care including clinical cardiac consultation. Cover call on nights and weekends. Participate in medical resident and cardiology fellowship education Participate in the faculty practice. (tasks AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE ABOVE POSITION DESCRIPTION) Appropriate qualifications: REQUIRED: MD degree or equivalent. NYS License; Board Certified Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and (certified or board eligible) in Cardiac Electrophysiology. Certlfication in BLS and or ACLS.
