Primary tasks:

This is an entry level development position that offers a great opportunity for someone to lgain all facets of fundraising. 
Job responsibilities:                        1.Take responsibility for all agency gift entry, in hand and online, as well as gift acknowledgement through ETap and manage ETap database
2.Prepare weekly bank deposits for Bookkeeper
3.Assist Special Events Director with details, logistics and social media/marketing for NAMI Minnesota’s special events
a.Support NAMI Minnesota fundraising events
b.Participate in NAMI Walks & Gala planning committees
4.Help develop and coordinate appeals and mailings, accessing lists as directed by Director of Development
6.Coordinate Give to the Max Day and online gift campaigns
7.      Other tasks as necessary

   » Comprehensive knowledge of E-tapestry or other donor management systems
   » Excellent writing expertise

   » Able to follow a schedule of everyday tasks
   » Understand the importance of expressing timely gratitude to donors as part of the development work
