VetCor has an exciting opportunity for a multi-site Regional Manager. this function will support our thriving and expanding hospital group in our MidAtlantic Region. VetCor owns and operates more than 240+ veterinary practices, each with their own culture and identity. We do not believe in a “one size fits all” philosophy and pride ourselves on our unique model and our outstanding reputation in the industry.
This individual will support local practice leaders with the general day-to-day operations of 8-10 locations in Eastern PA, WV and MD to start, including current company hospitals and upcoming acquisitions which will grow to 15+ in time. Our motivated and energetic hospital teams are looking forward to welcoming someone equally enthusiastic to the group. This position will ideally be located in Harrisburg or the Lancaster area of PA, to adequately support the geographic region of our current MidAtlantic practices.

The Regional Manager is responsible for continuing, tailored support to practice leaders in managing:
   » everyday operations and administration
   » Hiring, training, and employee relations
   » Client service and satisfaction
   » Practice growth and financial health
   » Community-located marketing and online reputation
   » Facility and equipment needs
   » Employee morale, engagement, and retention success
   » Weekly travel within the region (sometimes requiring overnight stays) and occasional trips to other regions or the Hingham, MA corporate office is necessary
Desired Appropriate qualifications:
   » practice within the veterinary, healthcare, or dental fields
   » Affable and positive disposition is essential to establishing a rapport and trust with our hospital teams
   » Must be self-motivated, flexible and influential to adapt to the various personalities and cultures of each practice
   » Proven capability to multi-task, with strong organizational expertise to effectively service multiple internal and external customers
   » Passion for building long lasting bonds that support VetCor's continued success
   » We are committed to providing extraordinary service so retail management practice is also a plus
